Gauges are extremely beneficial to add to your vehicle . Your tuner can utilize this gauges during your tuning process and accurately adjust your vehicles parameters for maximum power and efficiency. A Wideband gauge (AFR) allows you to accurately monitor the Air Fuel Ratio of your engine. This date is extremely important when tuning your engine. If your vehicles Air / Fuel Ratio is running to lean or rich, you can experience issues with your vehicle. Running to lean can cause serious engine damage. Running lean is when your vehicle has very high air/fuel ratio and not enough fuel. Running rich can result in a loss of power. Running Rich is when your vehicle has very low air/fuel ratio and excessive fuel. To prevent any damage from happening or loss of power, its important to install a Wideband gauge.
Other types of gauges available by AEM include Boost gauge, Oil Pressure, Volt Gauge, and Water /Trans/Oil Temp Gauge.
