Shipping & Returns
Return & Exchange Policy
(Does not apply to special order or custom items)
- Returns for exchange or refund are accepted within 60 calendar days from receipt.
- All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in original, saleable packaging.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for merchandise that shows signs of installation, mounting, scratching, or damage.
- A Return Authorization (RMA/RGA) number is required before any return can be made.
- Returns without an authorization number will be refused.
All returns must be received by Sport Compact Warehouse within 10 calendar days after the RGA is issued. Issuance of an RGA does not guarantee approval of a refund or replacement; all items are inspected upon receipt.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured by the customer.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable.
- A copy of the invoice and a written explanation must be included.
Restocking Fees
- 10% if returned within 7 days of approval
- 20% after 7 days
Shipping charges are non-refundable and apply even on "Free Shipping" orders (Normally for ground items $15).
How to Return an Item
- Email Store@sportcompactwarehouse.com or call (866) 381‑4618 to obtain an RGA.
- Provide your Sport Compact Warehouse order number and reason for return.
- Clearly write the RGA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship items in a sturdy carton with original manufacturer packaging.
- Do not ship items in retail display boxes only.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at customer expense.
Shipping Damage or Incorrect Items
- Inspect packages immediately upon delivery.
- Refuse delivery if there is obvious damage, or contact Customer Service immediately.
- Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection.
- You have 3 business days to notify us on any damaged items
- You have 7 days to notify us on any incorrect items sent
If Sport Compact Warehouse ships an incorrect item, return freight will be reimbursed.
Defects & Warranty Policy
- All warranties are provided by the product manufacturer.
- Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship only.
- Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not covered.
To file a warranty claim:

- Provide the order number, part number, and defect description

United States
- FedEx: Ground, 3‑Day Select, 2‑Day Air, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight
- UPS: Ground and expedited services (where available)
- USPS: Select services for eligible items and destinations
Canada / Puerto Rico / Military & PO Boxes
- FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on destination and service availability
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are collected by the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility
International Orders
- Wire transfer, certified check, or money order only
- Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS
Oversized Items
Oversized items such as hoods, body panels, and other freight‑shipped products require custom shipping quotes. Please contact Sport Compact Warehouse with the brand and part number for assistance before placing your order.
If an order is placed without a freight quote, you will be contacted after checkout to approve and pay any additional shipping charges required for freight delivery.
